I have had it reported to me that these properties are now squatted. Please be reminded that those occupying the property have full protection under the 1977 Protection from Eviction Act and the owner must seek to gain possession lawfully

I don't think the properties are up for sale -my understanding is that the developer will be taking forward the application to build a block of flats on the site in due course

Quite correct -the developer must do so in a correct and lawful manor
