The property has been empty for approx 5 years, its has has windows smashed regularly and teenagers hang around in the yard, this is also used as a dumping groud, my property is next door and is up for sale- this is affecting the ability to sell and also the value

can we have full address to investigate further, also have you any clue to ownership and have they been seen at the property at all?
the address is 16 barton view, it is owned buy a guy who runs a building company called mass construction but not sure if that company exists now. he has owned for approx 5 yrs and did a little work on the property about 2 years ago putting in new windows but since then some have been boarded up and someone attempted to set fire to the boards on the cellar, nothing has been done about this
