Thanks for the tip Michael. This pair were owned by John Fox Autos and now form part of the whole plot which is for sale by Hargreaves. I can't ask much more of an owner if they are actively marketing

A new car company seems to have taken residence at the site next door. Hopefully they will take action with the properties.

You are right Michael. I hadn't realised Speeds Volvo dealership has now taken over the site. I've re checked the Land Registry and perturbingly the houses are both still owned by John Fox, who also has a bankruptcy notice against him. I'll write to him to see what's going on. If he is bankrupt then the recievers will include these houses in his assets

All the foliage from the gardens have been cleared, looking 10 times better, and I have been informed by residents on the road that the properties are being made ready to sell.

Almost back in use. Fantastic
